Im 14 should i take weight gainer?!


Question: Im 14 should i take weight gainer!?
i work out about 3-4 times a week at a gym and im 5"10 and 135 pounds my bicepts tricepts back shoulders and traps are big and strong but my only problem is my chest i work that out 2 times a week i bench about 110 on average and i do about 6 sets of 10 and for inclines i do about 90-100 pounds and 6 sets of 10 too but my chest is still really small how do i get it bigger i practicly have no fat on my chest should i take weight gainer!? i tried protein its not really helping me on my chestWww@Answer-Health@Com

weight gainer is basically protein with some extra carbohydrates, but instead of 1 or 2 scoops they say take 4 or 5!. go ahead and try it, it wont hurt!.
you really need to focus on your legs though, the rest of you body wont grow huge without them!. your legs are like 1/3 of your body and it doesnt sound like you're doing anything for themWww@Answer-Health@Com

NO! You are at the peak of your adult hood!. Your metabolism is running high!. When I was your age I was out running playing boys chase the girls or girls chase the boys!. Something with running or walking!. More of this and before you know it you will be thin!. It works try it!. But if you are not the running walking type go swimming with friends its fun instead of just siting in the water swim make it a race from one end of the pool to the other!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should wait until you fully grow which is about 18-20 yr old
