I am thirteen years old And way about 150 i ride my by or walk every single day drink v8 and try to lay of fast foods what can i do to get thinner and maybe some abbs !?

FOR DIET:

I would try a more regulated diet!. V8 is great, and fast foods are normally bad, but don't focus so much attention on meals like lunch and dinner, more on breakfast and little snacking in between!. If you eat a big breakfast, chances are you won't be hungry for a while, and if you have a small snack between breakfast and lunch, it will hold you off until then!. Watch your calorie intake, though!. You could also try eating those 100 Calorie packs for snacks, and fruits or vegetables to keep the calories down!. If you really want to get into shape, you could also visit a nutritionist to better understand what YOUR specific body needs!.

FOR EXERCISE:

You could try running in the morning, or maybe in the afternoon after school!. If you're not in school right now (I'm not, so yay!), you could probably come up with a routine for exercise!. Riding your bike is great, but some other things like push ups, sit ups, or even pull ups would help to burn off the fat and build muscle!. I do a lot of sit ups and push ups, and I love to run!. I'm 13 as well, and I only have about 30% of pure body fat left of me!. The rest is muscle, from running, and sit ups, pull ups, etc!. So you might even try looking online for some fitness programs, or some around wherever you live!.

Breakfast:
*Remember that breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day, up to 700 calories is still healthy for a man
1!. 3 egg whites
2!. 1 cup of fat free or low fat milk
3!. 1 piece of whole wheat toast
4!. 1 cup fresh or frozen berries

AM Snack:
*Remember, snacks should be frequent but healthy
1!. 1 handful of walnuts
2!. 1 Polly string cheese

Lunch:
*Lunch should be at around 1:00 each day, because any change in the schedule could mess up your metabolism
1!. Grilled chicken or turkey sandwich on wheat bread with provolone cheese
2!. 1 serving of carrots and broccoli
3!. 1 peach

PM snack:
*Remember, eat until you are no longer hungry, but not until you are full
1!. 1 apple
2!. 1/2 serving of multi grain wheat thins

Dinner:
*Dinner should be the smallest meal of the day, and should be full of pure protein with no carbs at all
1!. Some sort of grilled fish (salmon is always good)
2!. 1 serving of a green vegetable

Dessert:
*Dessert should be enjoyed every other day, and in small quantities
1!. Cut up a banana into circular pieces and drizzle 1 tablespoon Light Hershey's Chocolate Sauce over them

Once you do this or something very similar for 2 weeks, and have lost some weight, you are ready to start with the working out part of this plan!. Start with some walking 5 times a week, 1 mile at a time!. Then slowly add jogging to 2 of those 5 days!. That way you are jogging 2 miles and walking 3 each weak!. Then add the jogging to 1 more day, but on that day, jog 2 miles!. Work your way up to jogging 3 miles 3 times a week, and walking 2 miles twice a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
