Question: Yesterday i ran for 30 minutes and the muscles in my leg are sore!?
is this normalWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
perfectly normal, means you got a good run in, your legs arent used to that much work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, completely normal if you're not used to running, or if you normally run for less time, or if you ran faster than normal!.

The more you do a particular sort of exercise, the more your muscles will be used to it, and the less sore you'll be afterwards!. Stretching and drinking lots of water can help minimise post-exercise soreness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's the first time you have run in a while then it is perfectly normal!.

There is a lot of nonsense in the old adage "no pain, no gain"!.

If you are feeling pain whilst working out you are working your body too hard and it can be very detrimental to your body and cause serious injuries!.

When you start feeling pain whilst working out that is your body telling you you have reached its limit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, i started training three months ago, now i step for 40 minutes and run for 40 minutes, some days when i really push it, i get sore legs for the next day or two, it just means your muscles have been worked properly!. Eat plenty are carbohydrates to refuel the muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is normal, but also mean that you work too hard especially you just start to exercise!. You can use some massage ointment to rub on your leg, the pain will go away after a few day!. Don't stop exercise, your muscle will get use of it and you will get no pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
