this is not to gain or lose weight, but to maintain!. i do a lot of walking and rarely sit about and do nothing during the day!.

breakfast : porridge and cereal with honey (340 calories)

Mid Am : kit kat chunk (270 calores)

Lunch : toast or soup or a sandwich (300)

Mid Pm: Sugar Free Lollipop (26 calories)

Dinner: either liver, fish or chicken with steamed veg (400)

i'll also snack on bananas and salads!.!.

Answers:
That's a very healthy diet, and one bar of chocolate a day (or similar) won't do you any harm at all!.

The calories you eat now only affect your weight now, they won't make you fat in later life!. The only way that would happen would be if you ate a lot of fat/sugar/calories and then found it hard to give them up! :)

Unless a person has a condition like diabetes, you should never have to give up treats as long as your sensible about quantities and if you stick to this diet you are!. Make sure you brush your teeth after the chocolate though :) I had my first cavity recently - a filling is not pleasant!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no reason a person can't enjoy an occasional sweet snack - everything in moderation!.

Your diet sounds rather reasonable!. You've got your protein, complex carbs, even your fruits and veggies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
