Question: How to lose butt fat!?
I dont want like, drink water and stuff cuz i already do that!. im strong in the arms and pretty strong in the abs!. i got a little belly fat!. but that'll be gone soon!. just my thighs and butt are growing!. if !.!.ya!. i dont want to go to the gym or anything just like home exercises (no downloading, or links please) ASAPWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your not going to like this but, squats, lunges and running (along with a descent diet) will do it, i don't know how you feel about working out the legs, but personally I hate it, However it has tremendously helped me tone and strengthen my lower half!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in addition to the cardio and lunges suggested by others, cut sugar out of your diet in all forms except fresh fruit (not even fruit juice!.) Sugar stored in fat usually lives on your midsection below the belly button to mid thigh!. Lots of cardio and a healthy diet will shed any weight!.
