Question: How to increase muscular sizes using a fixed routine daily!?
i work out alot, and it takes time to increase my muscule size, im wondering how to speed up the process!. For example in a routine eg!. situps,pushups etcWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you are doing body weight exercises then try to add weight to your body to make it harder to perform the exercise like a back pack with a few big books in it when doing press ups for example!. If you keep using the same routine month in month out you body won't grow because it gets used to the stresses you are putting on your body, mix up your routine every 4 weeks or so you can keep your body guessing and it will then have to adapt to this new workload and therefore grow!.

Invest in a set of dumbbells and you can replicate almost every exercise you see in a gym and it'll be a lot cheaper than forking out for membership!.

Exercise is only 1/3 of what you need to gain size the other 2/3 are sleep and nutrition to put on muscle try to increase your protein intake to 1!.5 grams for every lb of your bodyweight (e!.g If you weight 10st/140lb eat 140g protein a day) also eat a low fat low carbohydrate and high protein meal before bed (like cottage cheese in a whole meal pita) so your body can use the protein to repair and grow

Also don't skip breakfast ahve something high carb and high protein e!.g porridge and an omelette

Get 8 hours sleep a night as this is when you body repairs and grows and try not to work out more than 4 days a week or you might over train (where your body gets exhausted and wont grow and you become more likly to injure yourself)Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, you want muscle!?!?

eat eat and eat!. if you want size mate you need to eat and i dont mean bad foods!. Eat tuna, pasta, eggs etc!. you need 5 big meals a day!. if you can buy some protein even better!. train each muscle group per day!. you want atleast 3 exercises on one muscle group!. thats what i do and im a personal trainer who is currently training for competitions!.

Well, the weight you use has a big impact on muscular size!. You should use a weight that only allows you to do 3 sets of 2-5 QUALITY reps each!. If you can do more then just increase the weight!. The muscular size will come as you gradually get stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
