Question: Am I fat, normal, or underweight!? I'm 13!.!?
Like i said, im 13 years old!. im 5 ft, and 83 pounds!. wat am i!? fat, normal, or underweight!? my BMI (16!.2%) says im underweight!. my body fat percentage says i have 17% of fat!. so which is it!? i do have 83% of lean, however!. my hips are 30 inches around, my waist 25, and my thighs 15!. my thighs look a bit flabby to me, tho!. so: am i fat, normal, or underweight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

youre fine!. you don't need to lose ANY WEIGHT AT ALL, and you don't need to gain weight if you don't want to!.

you may feel like you look flabby, but keep in mind youre only thirteen and still growing!. youll probably hit a growth spurt pretty soon!. so dont diet, eat healthy, and stay active!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be on the light side of normal, but you are definitely not fat!. BMI is never very accurate!. However, normal fat level for a girl is upto 22%!. If you are worried about your legs or getting fat in the future just start walking or running or playing sports!. Some simple exercise will keep you in shape and in good health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im 5 ft and 105 lbs and i can tell you 83 lbs is wayyyy under weight!. The healthy weight range for our height is 95-125 and last yea i was 95 and i looked anerexic!. My BMI is like 20!.5 i think and thats normal and my waist is 23 my hips are 35 and my thighs are 21!.!.!.so yea i have fat legs but you are way to skinny you need to gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OMG are you serious you are very thin for your age!. I'm turning 13 in October and i weigh like 149 approx!. so you are definitely not over weight!. if anything you are under but don't just over feed your self with like junk food because that can lead to diabetes or other body problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is slightly underweight!. If you do some exercise, like biking or swimming or running, or just a workout video, you can help tone whatever flab you have!. This isn't to lose weight, just to tone and firm up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
