Answers:
The best way to lose weight is #1 Do not starve yourself! People who do that get a boomerang effect and end up weighing more than they did before they went on their diet!. The best approach is high-protein, low-carb because it restricts the level of insulin the body produces!. Insulin is the hormone that makes people fat and keeps them that way!. The best foods are any kind of meat, cheese, butter, cream, nuts, and lots of vegetables, and if you have terrible cravings, some whole-grain!. Almost all other foods turn into sugar as they are metabolized creating the insulin effect!. The thing that's great about the high-protein, low-carb diet is that you don't have to restrict the volume of food, you can always have another egg or another piece of chicken!. For comprehensive information, read The Low-Carb Diet by Dr!. Atkins!. Within the first five days most people drop five pounds in water, so that will help!. Working out with weights is the best way to lose fat without losing muscle!.

Umm lmao, how old are you, in general I've never heard a coach tell a player to loose weight in a serious manner, except to that 300lb senior who won't be doing anything involving exercise after highschool lol!.

Anyway, 25lbs, depending on your height shouldn't be hard to shell off!. But if your playing football you probably want to ride of fat with weight lifting, which means you'll loose about 10lbs and just be alot stronger!.

I'll need to know your access to a weight room or gym, to be exact on what you need to do!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
