Will i lose weight on a gluten and casein free diet?!


Question: Will i lose weight on a gluten and casein free diet!?
Hi! I have had some suggestions to try an elimination diet to figure out why I am so fatigued, bloated, constipated, etc!. I am not overweight (5'7" 131pounds), but I would not mind losing a few pounds 5 to 10 tops, I have a small frame!. Anyway, does anyone know if this will make me lose a little weight!?

ok i have other suggestions which has worked for me :)
if you are constipated then have more fiber cuz u need to have around 25grams per day!.!.!. and have lots of water as well!.!.!. yogurt helps too (good for the inmune system at the same time)!.

Cardio workout is the best for losing weight and gaining energy!, and you know what!? i get bloated ALL the time! but right when i do cardio, i swear it goes away!!! no kiddin!!!!!!!!!!!!! my neck gets so thin!!!

I have a small frame & I can tell u, you can do what ever u want, but the only way ur gonna loose weight is (assuming u want a hot bikini body) is 1)staying active e!.g (ride a bike, rollerblate, hike, walk @ the mall etc!.) 2) really exercise, u dont have to pay a gym membership to get this!. you can run @ ur local park, walking up hills, using cans as weights or buying some actual dumbells (u can get a lot of tips on hoe to use them by googling it or of magazines) and 3)Dont deprive urself eat whatever the **** you want, youll c that after getting ur body accostumed to working out it will reject all junk food on its own!. However, do make sure u do ur part by maybe taking vitamins or stocking up on your favorite fruits and veggies and try to eat chicken & salmon over the hamburger!. Try to lower carbs, eat lots of veggies, cut out sugar, seriously just CUT IT OUT lol, and!.!.!.!.yea!. Seriously though 5'7" 131, you really don't need to lose any!. I'm 5'5" and 132 and I'm trying to lose but, my suggested is a bit lower than yours!.!.!.just eat small portions of 5 meals :) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
