10 pounds in 2 months with this routine?!


Question: 10 pounds in 2 months with this routine!?
Breakfast= 1 whole wheat toast with 1 tsp of low-fat peanut butter(150 calories)
Snack=apple(100 calories)
Lunch= turkey wrap with whole wheat tortilla and lettuce(115 calories) and royal couscous salad(200 calories)
SNack=celerey,carrots and radish
Supper= chicken caesor salad(low-fay dressing)
If I follow this routine starting June 26th,2008, will i be able to l ose 10 pounds in 2 months!?

I will be attending the gym everyday except for tuesdays and sometimes not saturday or sunday!. But mostly I will!.
10 mins on treadmill
Weight Lifting to tone arms and back and abs
10 mins on the stair climbing machine(Burns around 180-190)
20 mins on the eliptical(Burns around 170-180)
10-15 mins on treadmill(burns around 70)
I will only be lifting weights every second day!.

If you have any opinion on how long or if Im doing this right please correct or let me now!. It would mean a whole lot!.

hello!.!.!.well first of all u will defo lose some weight do u really need 2 add the peanut butter!? if you do them make sure it is a minimal as possible because you shouldnt cut out everything otherwise you will gain the weight straight back on later on in life!.!.!.!.ur diet looks good but will you be able 2 have the same thing everyday for 2months!? you will find that because your going to be working out you will need more food intake and will find yourself gettin more hungry!.!.!.this is fine because ur metabolism will increase wen your working out!.!.!.the normal healthy amount of weight loss a week is 2 pounds anymore than that!.!.!.is too dramatic and is probably just water!.!.!.
Exercise wise weights make you gain muscle so you might gain weight according to the scale but thats just muscle so try concentrating more on cardiovascular exercises if you just want 2 lose fat or a specific amount 10 pounds!.!.!.!.eat plenty of fruit and dont cut out ur fave foods completely because trust me it will catch up on you again!.!.!.just eat everything in moderation!.!.!.if u want cut out fizzy drinks and foods that are really high in calories !.!.!. i hardly see any carbs in your diet and u will need a bit of carbs for energy or you will not have the strength to work out to the max!.!.!.by looking at what ur gonna do looks good!.!.!.im sure you will lose weight and you may lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks if you stick to it!.!.!. good luck hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

your cardio looks good!.!.!. i would go interval with your cardio and stick to one machine per day!. go high reps low weight on your lifting too!.!.!. this will cut and burn out your fat!. losing weight withought losing muscle requires more protien less carbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
