How can I loose 10 POUNDS???!


Question: How can I loose 10 POUNDS!?!?!?
I'm 110 pounds I want my weight to be 100 pounds!. I eat 5 times a day!. But I'm planning on eating every hour in between every meal!. The food I'll eat every hour in between meals will be small!. Will this increase my metabolism!? What else will increase my metabolism!?

Also I'm gonna exercise 30 minutes daily on this gazelle machine!. And I'm gonna eat food lower in calories!. And should I eat a big meal in breakfast!? If so how many calories!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Start by figuring out how many calories your body at it's current state is burning!. Use this calculator --> http://www!.freedieting!.com/tools/calorie!.!.!.
As someone else asked, how tall are you!? This makes a huge diff in the type of responses you get!. We have no idea if you are underweight, ideal weight or over weight!.

2!. Adjust your diet so you are consuming enough calories for optimal fat loss!. What would that be!? Not too low such that you would invoke starvation mode where your body burns muscle because you aren't eating enough!. Subtract a 300 calories from your maintenance level!. Eat that much daily!.

3!. You need to lift weights!. I think this is the main thing you are missing!. You will not get bulky!. It will prevent your body from losing lean mass due to exercising!. Did I mention exercise!? Oh ok!.!. on to the next point!.

4!. You need to exercise and not stead state cardio!. You need to do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) a minimum of 2x a week!. What is HIIT!? Read here or Google it --> http://www!.intervaltraining!.net/hiit!.htm!.!.!.

5!. Clarification about daily calorie consumption!. You should ONLY be eating clean foods!. Think veggies (w/no sauces), fruits, lean meats (chicken, pork, fish, lean beef) and complex carbs (whole grain like brown rice, bulgar wheat, couscous, rolled oats (not packaged oats), etc NOT white rice, not white bread, not cereal, not PROCESSED foods or boxed foods or candy)!. Also, you do need healthy essential fats in your diet too!. Low-fat is NOT the way to go!. Natural Peanut butter (only ingredients are peanuts and maybe salt), avocados, olive oil, etc

6!. It's great that you have 5 meals a day!. If you can, squeeze in 6 while meeting your caloric goals!. AND yes you are right, breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day!. This is teh meal that WAKES up your metabolism from a night of slumber!. Something like this could work:
6am breakfast
9am snack
12pm lunch
3pm snack
6pm dinner
9pm snack
Obviously this totally depends on your schedule!.

Other Notes:
Weight loss and fat loss are two very different things!. Most people go by scale to determine weight loss, but that doesn't tell you how much is muscle and how much is fat loss!. Your main goal should be fat loss while maintaining as much muscle as possible!. Muscle burns more fat, hence why you want to keep it!. This is also why you MUST weight train with real weights, not wimpy barbie weights!.

Ok no don't do that you can't have a plan for eating!. Ok thats rule number one!. Have you seen the show I can make you thin!? Well you should! Only eat when you are hungry and listen to your tummy!. When you do eat close your eyes and take one bite set the fork down and chew!. swallow!. Take another bite set fork down!. chew and swallow!. when you don't rely on your eyes your intune with your body more!. A pound of fat equals 3500 calories!. To lose 1 pound a week you will need to expend 3500 more calories than you eat that week, whether through increased activity or decreased eating or both!. Losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week is a sensible goal, and so you will want to use the combination of increased activity and eating less that will total 3500 calories for 7 days!.

Although exercising is great just being more active is also a good way to burn calories!.

There are many small changing you can make to your daily routine that will burn calories for example:

? Keep walking whilst the escalator caries you up

? Do some exercise on your lunch hour - swimming, yoga etc

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
do not drink soda
go on the half off diet only eat half of what you would usually eat and give or throw the rest away
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )
