Question: HOW can I 10 POUNDS!?!?!?
I'm 110 pounds and I wanna be 100 pounds!. I eat 5 meals everyday to boost my metabolism!. But would it help if I ate small snacks in between my meals every hour so my metabolism is high!? Also when you sleep your metabolism is low how can I boost it at night too!?
My belly is almost flat but theres this oval shape bulging out !. It only bulges out an inch!. How can I get a complete flat belly!?
Also how can I prevent a potbelly after eating!?

work out daily and maybe have three meals and snacks inbetween!?
do some crunches to flatten your stomach or look online for some stomach flattening tips!.

its normal to be bloated after you eat, but if you want it to go away try water pills they stop bloating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you dont have to lose weight,but you may end up losing a couple of pounds or so merely by toning up!.!.!.do lots of yoga/pilates and portion control food!.!.!.thats allWww@Answer-Health@Com
