How can I be athletic?!

How can I be athletic?

I am 26. Height 170cm. weigh 70 kg.
I never been in sports before. But I like running.
Is it possible for me to have tight & athletic body starting from now. How should I achieve it?

Yes, anything is possible, and you have an obtainable goal. Eat the right foods, and make sure you keep up your running. Why not opt to going to the gym? It's a good way to tone and to have the body you desire.
