South Beach Diet- you can lose up to 14 pounds in 2 weeks!. And it was personally recommended to my dad by his cardiologist--it's very good for you and will improve your heart health!.
Basically, Phase 1 cuts out all sugars in order to get you off of them!. This is where most of the weight loss takes place!.
Phase 2 is much more lenient, and you continue to lose weight--at a slightly slower pace since the significant weight loss has already taken place, but you can lose A LOT of weight on this diet!.
Phase 3 you can pretty much eat anything, the goal of phase 3 is to maintain your weight for the rest of your life!.
This diet promotes the loss of fat and the protein you eat promotes the development of lean muscle!.
try reverse crunches to really work the abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

for breakfast I started eating oatmeal a few months ago because I had a little high cholesterol!. I know oatmeal yuck, but there are a ton of flavors out there!. I usually have the almond one and then add fresh fruit like bananas, strawberries, rasperries, or blackberries!. It tastes great and contains no milk and little sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
