I want to lose weight!?

how much calories should i consume if i want to lose 20 pounds im 17 5'4" and i weigh 135....i want to be 115 or 120

is there any other advice on losing weight in around 2 months?

Eating one meal a day while taking diet pills medically speaking is not a good idea. You will cause yourself to malnourished. Technically you should speak to your physician so that he/she can tell you. But judging by your weight. height and age you should be in taking 2024 calories a day. To loose weight you need to burn off 1619 calories a day. This is assuming your working out 5 times a week with a moderate workout. Watch your carbs and sugars too. Remember, this is a basic idea of your intake. Again, do not take any of this or anyone elses comments as professional medical advice.
