You can try to lose 20 but it will be difficult, you should aim to lose 2-3 pounds per week at the most to avoid adverse health effects and loose skin also!.

Most of your diet should revolve around exercise to maintain and prevent muscle loss which will lead to flabbiness!.

celery(burn more calories eating)
blueberrie(great form of antioxidants)
green tea(speeds up metabolism)
water (drink 16 ounces first thing in the morning to help speed metabolism and an additional 80 throughout the day!. believe me this helps with faster weight loss especially if the water is ice water cause your body has to work hard to warm it up thus helping you burn more calories)
whole grain bread or whole wheat bread (no white!)

fat free cheddar cheese

As far as execise goes find something that you love doing and stick with it!. For instance here aresome form of cardio you could do: Elliptical, swimming, running (best form), speed walk, stair climb, or bike riding!. Do 1 and a half hours a day 5 times a week and youll see results fast!. Go to a gym and do some strength training a few times a week or if you cant just make sure you get a good stretch!.

Other tips

6 small meals are best but try and keep lots and protein and fiber at at least 3 of your meals to ensure you feel full and satisfied!.

dont eat past 7:00 at night or the food will just lay in your stomach

keep a food diary to make sure your not going over your calorie limit!. Try and stay between the 1300-1500 calorie line
you could even try 1200 calories IF you want to do it quickly

Also once in a while it is ok to indulge a bit, but dont go overboard!. Studies show it can boost your metabolism!.

That is alot of weight loss in a short period of time!. Sounds like your on the right track and another good idea is to drink alot of green tea!. I lost 8 pounds in the last month just eating healthy, walking everyday and drinking lots of green tea!. it speeds up your metabolism and decreases your appetite!. well what worked for me was tracking what i ate!. i counted the calorie intake for the day and i didn't go over 1400 or 1500 each day!. i worked out every day for an hour!. and in 2 weeks i lost 15 pounds!.!.!.!.!.well i was also taking water pills for my blood pressure which makes you lose water weight, but it works!.!.just try itWww@Answer-Health@Com

ok , dont listen t othe peopel who say you cant do it , and cant do it in a healthy way because you can ! iv been tring to loose wait to , is all iv been doing is :
Stpo drinking soda
only have chips or bars once a week
exersized alot more ,
playing sports helps alot !!
Stoped eating take out!

if you and a buch of friends are going out for dinner , have a salda or a sub or something , thats not to bad !!

I lost 25 pounds in ONE MONTH doing this!.

Cardio: 1 hour or more per day!.
Low-carb: I assume you know what this is, but I will still tell you what I ate!.!.!.!.

Salads with chicken, olives, cheese, pastrami etc!.!.!.with dressing!.
Tuna without bread, but with mayo!.
NO carrots, corn, potatoes or starchy carbs!.

I would just go to ATKINS!.com and look at their INDUCTION food chart!.
