Simple and easy workouts!?!


Question: Simple and easy workouts!!?
I'm 14 and wanna loose some weight!. Currently weighing 110!.4, and I wanna do something this summer besides staring at the computer screen from 8:00am to 2:00pm; which is almost all day!.!.!.well, six hours, but that's a lot of time! But I wanna exorcize!.!.!.
I have a tiled hallway and kitchen, and there's a basement/garage, which is carpeted, but not soft at all!
There are no Bally total fitnesses, or 24 fitnesses where I live!. And there's only one gym I know of, and all kinds of men go to it!. There's curves, but!.!.!.nah!.!.!.
I don't have to treadmill at home, or any kind of equipment!.!.!.any ideas!?!?!?!!! thanks for your help if you answer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking is great exercise, and jogging is good too!.!.!.both totally free and available as soon as you walk out the door!. If you are shy about working out outdoors, or live in an area where it is not so safe to do this, then consider getting a "rebounder" (mini trampoline)!. You can get an awesome cardio workout on it, and the impact is low, and it is fun!. They cost about $50 bucks!. How about hiking if the weather is now nice where you are!? Also, evaluate if at 110 lbs you really need to lose much weight at all!.!.!.that is a pretty healthy weight even for a short stature!. Good luck =) kozzzWww@Answer-Health@Com
