Answers:
Use the treadmill one day, and do your work out the next!. Split it up into two days!. It doesn't matter how many calories you're taking in if it isn't the right type of food!. If you're eating low carb foods, stop! When working out and running, you need more energy, therefore carbs!. Whoever came up with low carb diets is an idiot!.

Get pure whey protein powder, and make it before working out, sip a bit before, sip it during and finish it after!. Then have a banana after, too!. Count this as a meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may not be getting enough calories, I know that sounds strange, but with all the exercise that you're doing, you may not be getting in enough nutrients in order to facilitate weight loss!.
Also, have you had a complete physical to rule out any hormonal imbalances !?
That could make it VERY hard to lose weight!.
As well, problems with your thyroid can make it hard to lose weight as well!.
And working closely with a nutritionist can also help you figure out if you're getting in the right amount of calories and nutrients!.
Good luck !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bloody hell, you are working so hard!
My doc suggested I have 1200 cals a day (horrid to do- but I git used to it) it worked for me!.!.!.

But perhaps it's worth you going to the docs, have you had your thyroid tested!? If you are a woman- have you been tested for poly cystic ovaries!? If you go to your doc and have a blood test done they can help rule these things out!. Maybe (again if you are a woman) if you are on the contraceptive pill that might be making a difference!?

Also I guessing you are counting calories in alcohol!? (I didn't for a few weeks- no one said that a pint was my whole day worth of cals!)

I suggest going to the docs- if you are trying every ting and it sound like you are and you are not being rewarded for it- it's so difficult! As a last resort there are a few meds out there which do work- I had rimobrand and xenical (from my doc)

I really wish you the best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may want to increase your caloric intake by 100-200 calories per day to see if that helps!. You're exercising a lot and you may need to eat a little more!. Sometimes people are amazed that they start to drop weight when they ADD a little food to their diet!Www@Answer-Health@Com

weight gain follows after you quit smoking, so your work has probably prevented weight gain, rather that losing pounds you already had!.also, if the rest of your family has had weight problems, diet and exercise might not be enough!.you could take weight loss supplements and try your luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is so weird, sounds like a perfectly good routine!. Have your thyroid checked!. If it is malfunctioning it will be difficult to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
