Question: Has anyone ever lost their STOMACH FAT !?-!?-!?
Come on now, I need some answers that are going to motivate me!.

I really need to hear from someone, that has actually been there, done that !.!.!. moved on, and can explain how easy it is to get rid of!.

So I can have better confidence when I start this goal for the next 6 months, if that's what it takes !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately there is no such thing as spot training, so you can't exactly target stomach fat only!. You pretty much have to lose weight all over, and some people may hold more excess fat in certain areas of their bodies than others!.

For myself, I've had to work out pretty hard and eat very low carb to have my stomach look the way I want!. And this also means that I was losing weight everywhere else! It's good to do strength training exercises for your stomach, but you won't really see the results until you lose that layer of fat on top!

If you can balance your eating and working out, drink lots of water, eat more protein and lower your carb intake form usual, you stomach will usually look flatter (whether fat is actually lost will depend)!. Believe it or not, salads and raw veggies can really bloat you! So boil or steam your veggies!. Beans can also bloat you, and nuts, and even whey protein! So, if you're going for a lean look, you should stick to a diet consisting mainly of steamed/cooked veggies, lean protein, and single ingredient carbs like rice (no bread because there's yeast which causes bloating)!.
