no no your biceps are not used like the guy above states, wide grip works your chest and shoulders more, close grip works your triceps more!. it mostly uses your tricep brachii ( lateral head )Www@Answer-Health@Com

When benching, if you use a close hand grip you will focus on your triceps!.!.!. if you use a wide grip it will hit you biceps more!. Both will get your pecsWww@Answer-Health@Com
