If I do crunches.......?!


Question: If I do crunches!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
like all the time, will that help me to lose belly fat!. I want my stomach to be flat and waist to be thin but I want to keep my hips and thighs!. What can I do!?
I work on the elliptical, but last time I lost weight with that, my legs got very slim and I dont want that!. Thanks?Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol well, dont listen to some of these people because theres no way you can burn 100 calories in 5 mins by doing any kind of cardio vascular (running or anything that works the heart) you wont burn of that many calories but running is the way to do it, about 3 miles a day, with crunches would work!. and also a diet of about 1200 calories a day, eating every 3 hours!.
i know its a lot and if you need help with any of it just message me but believe me thats what you should do:)

Crunches will help you tone up in that area and that will cause the fat to contour around the muscles!. But excess fat is a result of taking in more calories than you burn!. In other words, eating too much and not exercising enough!. So, cardio(running, walking, swimming, etc) is really the way to actually lose the fat!. But by all means, if you want to tone up and help things along with muscles, then keep doing those abdominals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. you can do a million a day and if you don't do cariovascular exercises and reevaluate your eating habits, you'll still have a belly!.

change your diet to reflect a low calorie, low fat, and low sugar intake!. run, bike, swim, jump rope 3-5 times a week for 45-60 minutes!.and do proper core and ab workouts!.

that will give you the stomach you want!.

Doing crunches all the time will improve your muscle tone, but you need to lose fat by diet and cardio to be able to have a flat abdomen (and show a six pack)!. You can keep using the elliptical but do some squats with weight or use the leg press!. Also alternate the machines you use to do cardio!. Try the bicycle, and the StairMaster if you can!.

Yes, a lot of crunches/sit ups will definitely help you burn belly fat, although it takes awhile and a lot of repetition to notice results!. But keep at it and you will notice a big difference over time!. My best friend is a personal trainer so I know this is true!. I wanted to lose some mid section weight as well and he told me to do sit ups all the time and I would notice a big difference over time!. It definitely has worked! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
