I would recommend against it, since only one or two days per week is not going to give you much results!. Either you will overwork yourself on the one day by doing so many compound exercises and your body will be unable to recuperate and grow muscle, OR you will not work out hard enough on the lifts and will not see adequate gains in muscle mass!.

The key to seeing consistent results is to stay consistent with workouts!. By this I mean to do more than one workout a week, rather than one REALLY HARD workout one day a week!. Your body responds best to consistent stress over time, and won't grow properly if you overstress once in a while!. Additionally, you should be working some different muscle groups on different days!. The Big Three compound exercises (squat, dead, and bench) are great!.!.!.but if you want muscle growth you're going to have to change your routine often in order to keep your body guessing!. If you do the Big Three all the time, your body will get used to the specific stresses, and will not adapt as fast!.

Having said that, I'm not sure how you can get a lifting schedule around your parents' demands!. I would suggest talking to them calmly!. Tell them that weightlifting means a lot to you, that it's something to keep you active, healthy, and safe!.!.!.and ask them to give you more time to enjoy your hobby!. If you put it as a reasonable request to them, they should comply!. Hopefully that works!. You sound like you are on the right track with heavy compounds, just try to spread out varying compound exercises throughout the week!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
