well i lost 12 pounds in a month by doing pilotes and yoga exercise video's that i checked out from the library!. I also sometimes would ride my bike on the bike trail and also walked it!.i heard running is great and swimming!.
crunches,lunches,sit ups,jumping jacks are a good way to loose weight too!.also you must eat healthy it takes both not just one it take both eating healthy and exercising in order to loose weight not just exercising and not just eating healthy you have to do both of them to loose weight and look your best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, that depends on what you're willing to do!. Doing 10 second sprints with 10 second jogs in between for as long as you can (but less than 5 minutes, probably) will up your metabolism for 36 hours or so!. If you can lift weights, that's also good, but it has to be so heavy that you can only do between 6 and 12 repetitions!. Eat whole grain foods!. Mini Wheats are great =]!. Drink at least 8 glasses of cold water!. It must be cold!. Your body burns calories warming it up inside your body!. Don't limit how much you eat though, that's unhealthy and in the long run makes you heavier!. Don't starve yourself!. You should lose the 10 or 15 pounds in one to two months, depending on your original body content and weight!. Also, you should try low calorie protein drinks!. muscle burns fat!. also, you get fewer calories from protein and it fills you up more than fat!. Good luck =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

im a teenager, i always struggle to look like my favorite celebrities!.!. i started going to the gym 5 months ago!.!. it was such a pain to try to get myself going, after a while i liked how i felt afterwards!. i noticed small changes and i wanted more!. i became in love with it!. now i feel nasty when i miss a day! i still have the snacks i want maybe 3 times a week!. but its all about proportion and working out
