im 110 pounds i want to gain mass protein is very improtant which is better to use protein shake or eggs


Answers:

eggs are a very good source of protein but you would need to consume a lot of them if you wanna get the same amount of protein that you get from a scoop of whey protein..generally the protein content of egg white is around 3.7g and for the egg yolk 2.7g(but egg yolks are high in cholesterol so i suggest leaving the egg yolk out)..i prefer whey with low fat milk..and consume lots of water..
