What makes your muscles get bigger faster!?
Lifting light weights fast and a lot of times or Lifting Heavy weights slowly less of the time

Example:
30 fast crunches holding a light weight or
15 slow crunches holding a heavy weight

15 slow crunches because it works your muscles more!. and if you go to fast you could pull something!.!. i would suggest the 15 slow crunches!.!. hope i helped =]

There is this training called interval training all you need is 20 minutes a day!. You start off by running as fast as you can for 2 minutes just take off running then slow down and jog for another 2 minutes then run again as fast as you can for another 2 minutes slow down for 1 minute then drop down and do push ups as fast as you can then get up run again then do sit ups or crunches do this over and over again till the 20 minutes are up!. The next day do weight training for 30 minutes, tie a bandanna around your arms but not to tight you don't want to cut of blood circulation and every time you lift weight you will feel the tightening of you muscle this will achieve greater muscle growth than lifting weights alone!. This has been a subject that there has been many different views on!. What many bodybuilders suggest is to first lift weight that you can perform 8-12 reps max, and to lift it as fast as you can!. The thing is if you're lifting a weight that you can only do 8-12 reps it will be lifting slow so you shouldn't be worrying about hurting yourself from moving the repetition too fast!.

Now what makes your muscles get bigger faster is

1!. A great training routine
2!. Plenty of rest
3!. a Surplus of calories!. You have to find what your maintenance level of calories are, and then add about 500 extra calories a day on top of that consisting 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats

To make them bigger, and keep the strength (you want them not to be fake), it would be heavy weight, but not your max!. Not necessarly double the light, but your 85-95% lifting!.

The lighter weight will trim you up and make you look better but the heavier one will make your muscles bigger!.
