Question: My thighs are MASSIVE, & i have a smallish waist,!?
its nearly summer & i want skinnish thighs, but the top of my thighs are MASSIVE!? tbh, i like the rest of me 8-) its just my legs!. i don't want to go to a gym, so does anyone no how i can get slimmer thighs!? xWww@Answer-Health@Com

go for a walk/run everyday!. And start doing lunges at home they are great for your legs&thighs! Just start to do anything that will get your legs active even dance is great to get your legs moving and will deffiently build muscle in your legs if you do some ballet exercises!. Also remember to eat healthy and cut back on all sugary foods and soda! I play soccer during the summer/fall!. During the season I gain major muscle, toning my thighs!. The person above is correct, soccer is an intense sport were you are constantly running at different intensities!. Its great for weight lose and toning of muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
