Question: How can i lose just a thin layer of fat in a healthy way!?
i can feel my abs just underneath a very thin layer of fat, how can i loose that in the most healthy way possible!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

what ur talking about is called spot reducing fat!. thats a myth and u cant train to lose fat in one specific area of the body, ur just gonna have to do intense cardiovascular workouts (anything- jump roping, running, swimming) and avoid fatty foods!. watch food labels on all the things u eat and make sure u eat more vegetables!.

one person said do more crunches and situps- which is great advice just to make ur abs even MORE stronger but wont make u lose a lot of weight!. that comes from cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea do crunches and sit ups and run or jog!. i do 50- 100 curls every night before i go to bed and when i wake up in the morning!. you always just have to remember to keep pushing!. i always picture myself with a flat stomach which keeps me going!. get a picture of the type of stomach you want and print it so you can look at it while you do the curls or sit ups!. running or jogging works well too but i sugest mostly curls and sit ups!. hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try not snacking as much if you do or replacing the snacking with healthy choices
