Water park in 2 weeks?!


Question: Water park in 2 weeks!?
Im going to a water park with my family in about 2 and a half weeks!. I have started to work out, and cut calories!. My main consern is my legs and stomache!. What is the best exercize for those parts!? I cant go to a gym!. I have access to a pool, an eliptical, and another walky type thing!.!.lol I do crunches!. So what will help my stomache and thighes FAST!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you seem to have the right equipment to tone up!. although you wont tone up completely in 2 and a half weeks, but if you do an hour of cardio evryday and eat only healthy, you should look fine!. so i suggest going on the eliptical for a half hour and the other walky type thing for a half hour and do SIT-UPS!. not crunches!. and for fun just go swimmimg for 15-30 min!. eat 4-6 small meals a day and drink lots of water!. hope i helped and good luck!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sprint for 10 seconds, jog for 12, sprint for 10, jog for 12!. repeat until exhausted (unless you have heart problems)!. drink high protein, low carbohydrate shakes!. Don't weigh yourself! You'll gain muscle, which is heavier than fat (as everyone knows) but you'll be thinner and look better!. if you weigh yourself you'll just lose confidence needlessly!. have fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
