Question: Exercising to lose wieght without bulking up!?!?!?
Hello, my body naturally likes to build muscle instead of burning fat, but MUCH more than the average other persons! I am a woman and it seems insain but I don't want to look like a pro-woman fighter or something! So instead I do low weight and high reps but I don't lose weight!!?!!?! Is there anyway to lose the thighs and belly without bulking up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should try doing what my trainer tells me to do:
circuit cardio for long periods of time
try running for 30-40 minutes and sprinting for 45 seconds every 5 minutes !.!.!. its a killer workout and an intense calorie and fat burnerWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you're trying to lose weight, lifting weights isnt going to do it!. what you're doing is great if you're trying to get definition but when you're trying to cut down on fat, you need to do lots and lots of cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
