Question: Not hungry at breakfast, and trying to lose weight!?!?!?
hello, i'm currently trying to lose weight and I have heard over and over that you must eat breakfast, but here is the thing!.!.!. I am an VERY early riser usually 5am, and I go to bed by ten, but in the morning when I wake up I have no drive or desire to eat food at all, just thirsty and after my glass of milk and though of eating any solid foods makes my stomach just want to explode! I'm usually not hungry untill 2pm in the afternoon for lunch!. Can I stil lose weight or do you think I have just become numb to my bodies natural signals!? But I'm just really afraid that this might be what is causing my weight loss to platue!. I've lost about15lbs in a month and a half with a strict calories and sugar and saturated fat diet and twice a day exersicing (morning before my milk and in the evening before bed)!. So once again healthy and just my body!? bad body training!? whats causing my platue!? What do you think!?!?!? Thanks!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest that you talk to your doctor or a dietitian!. From what I have learned, breakfast is still the most important meal of the day!. A proper breakfast can be your base for the day!. You don't need to eat at 5am or at 10, but by 11am I would sit down and really feast!. Heh, tie breakfast and lunch together with something nutritious!.

If you don't eat properly and regularly, something happens with your blood sugar, and that is not good for your body!.

What are you eating at night!? Are you pigging out on fatty items!?

From what I have read about dieting and exercising is, that one reaches a plateau where the body refuses to burn up fat!. It is in survival mode for a while!. The plateau can last for a while but then your metabolism changes, and you continue burning off fat again!.

the major reason y they say to have breakfast is cuz then u wont feel hungry that u'll binge!. Plus also for better nutritional and vitamins, etc!. u'll gain if u eat breakfast!.

But i understand wat u mean, in the mornin' either i drink milk and water or just water and fruit!. Cuz mornin' makes me wanna hurl a bit!.

However, as long as u don't binge, and eat in portions and healthily with exercise, then u shud be fine!. (can lose weight this way)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try having a glass of water instead of milk when you get up
you should try to eat breakfast you can always skip lunch and have a light meal at night

but since you dont desire food in the morning!.!.!.

!.!.!.id suggest something small!.!.!.such as one of them koshi(sp!?) bars!.

their small, and as long as you have some water, you can drink it with it 2 make it go by faster!.!.!.!.i know forcing something on yourself sounds terrible, but it really wont be!. im a body builder who has been forcing six eggs on himself in the mornings for the past 8 months!.!.!.once you get in2 the habbit, its easy 2 do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
