How can I lose 25 pounds in 2 months!?!


Question: How can I lose 25 pounds in 2 months!!?
I am 14 years old and 5 foot 3 inches with a weight of about 133-135 pounds!. I would like to weigh about 110!. How can I do this!? What type of diet/exercise is necessary to achieve this goal!? I wanna enter highschool looking good!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ah I see!. I would say to definitley keep up your twice a day exrercises and get a half an hour of cardio daily!. Eat good, cut out sodas, (every once in awhile a soda is ok!!!) And you should be good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're 14!. Your body is changing and growing!. Losing 25 pounds in 2 months may be an unrealistic goal - but, you could have a growth spurt and be totally in good shape height/weight wise!.

The best advice I can give is to exercise daily and eat healthy!. Don't make a goal of weight - make a goal of having your body in good shape!. A nice, toned shapely body (and remember, muscle weighs more than fat) looks better than a twiggy, scrawny body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
