If you lose a lot of weight, will your skin get saggy?!

Question:

If you lose a lot of weight, will your skin get saggy?

Someone I knew, who is older, lost a lot of weight from stress, and less eating etc. Though, that isn't the way I want to lose it, but if I did, which i'm just saying hypatheticly, would my skin sag? :S

Answers:

It really depends on how much weight they lost, and if they are doing any excercises & stretches to maintain their tone & shape. I recently lost tons of weight in a very short amount of time and my skin has not sagged at all - but like I recommended, I do exercise & stretch regularly. When I lost all the weight and my skin didn't sag, everyone I knew thought I had surgery. I hope this helps.
