Quick ways to tone abs?!

Quick ways to tone abs?

im 14 and i want to tone my belly a little..im not bigg, i just want a flat stomache.
also i want a better core body strength for basketball..is that the same thing as your abs?
want are some quick things i can do everyday to achieve this?


Answers:

run. sit ups. ab crunches. um atleast have physcially activity 4 -5 times a week for one hour
