Question: Losing fat in certain areas!?
I'm 14 years old,Male,kinda workout but not really,I'm 140 pounds how would i lose fat in the chest area!?i do push ups but it doesn't really help neither do my weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat with exercise!. Having said that, if your main store of fat is around your chest, then any cardio you do will tend to reduce fat in that area!.

Have you looked into gynecomastia!? It's a condition where fat stores accumulate around the chest area, often caused by hormonal changes in teenage males!. It sounds like you might have gynecomastia, in which case it should go away on its own as you go through puberty!. But I would suggest talking with your doctor to find out more information!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose fat you gotta do cardio!. Get that heart rate up to your fat burning heart rate zone!. To tone you lift weights!. It may be time to start lifting slightly more heavier weights!.

On top of it all, you have to watch your diet!. Yeah, I know you've heard this before!. But all your work is in vain if your eating your calories back!

It may not look like your losing because you got all that muscle underneath there whether you know it or not!. Consistency is key, just give it time!. If you add the cardio and keep on lifting weights, when the fat does melt, you'll be one toned, svelte guy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to lose all that extra weight in order to be able to see your ab muscles!. Sorry to break it to you, but you cannot just lose one area of fat, it is all proportional as a whole!. Good thing with running, though, as it will help you burn extra calories to get slim!. Just make sure it is intense enough - If you aren't sweating, you aint burning many calories!.

You gotta do situps, and leglifts, as many as you can, any time in the day, to work your abs aswell!.

In proper form, crunches, leg lifts, and situps, doing as many as you can at any time in the day, will give you ab muscles!. They are very easy to get progress on, and hence easy to plateau on!. If you reach a point where you don't get any more results, try holding a medicine ball on your torso as you do situps for extra resistance!.

And diet, remember, is especially important!. No sweets, no grease, no fast food, no processed food, no chips no soda no no no! (If you already no this, sorry!.!. it surprises me how many don't)

All natural, all non processed foods!. Especially veggies and fruit, Especially! If you really need meat, try to go for fish, such as tuna or salmon!. These are still great for you!.
