Answers:
Do you eat before your workout!? If you don't then maybe you could try something light before exercising, like half and apple with some peanut butter!. If you do eat, are you eating something heavy!? Another thing is are you drinking at least two 8oz glasses of water prior to working out!? Maybe you're dehydrated!. Otherwise ask a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would try change your exercise time, and maybe push it to afternoon, until you feel strong enough to switch over to the mornings!. It is also, to do with whether you eat before exercise of lack of energy before you start exercising!. Lack of energy can cause dizziness!. You might want to just drink a workout shake before start exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is because you are putting so much strain on your body, without the energy to do it!. You need to eat breakfast first, to give you the boost of energy you need to work out efficiently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
