mostly you lower body!.!.!.hams, glutes, quads, heels!.!.!.!.obviously your working your interior muscles (heart, lungs, etc) bc it's a cardio exercise!. If you want to incorporate your arms more try using light weights, and focus on pumping your armsWww@Answer-Health@Com

your thighs, calves, and arms!.
be sure to stretch afterwards!. :)
and if you get cramped up on your first runs, dont worry its normal!. just keep running on a daily basis and after a while you can run a VERY long way without cramping a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just about every muslce in your body!. your legs the most but your whole body is moving and supporting you, so your using all of them!. its one of the best total body cardio workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

alot!. all of your legs, you burn fat, and it also works out your abs quite a bit, and in theory, you work out your lungs and your heart too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
