Question: Will this help me lose weight/tone up!?
Recently i have started walking to help me lose weight and tone up!. Each day i have been walking for 50 minutes - 10 minutes at a slowish pace, 30 minutes brisk walking and then another 5 - 10 minutes cooling down at a slower pace!. I want to lose a bit of weight, but also want to tone up, especially my legs/butt/belly!. I have also been on a calorie controlled diet for a while now, and have managed to drop a stone that way!. If i stick to my diet and continue this walking around 5 - 6 days a week, should i see some results!?

Yes you will walking uses a lot of muscles a tip i was given is to make sure your heels hit the ground first i also got ankle weights, there only 1lbs in weight but really helped tone my legs and bum, walking is the only form of exercise i do to maintain my weight, no need to pay crazy gym fees, also this link is for a book which is great for toning (this is where i go my walking tip) its small and just has what you need - not a book full of crap!.!. You will lose weight yeah but in order to tone your body you have to work with your muscles!. So even if you do stretching before then and some exercises to work with you abs muscles and inner and outer thighs you should see results but remember to let you body rest and don't eat after 8:00 o'clock if your hungry drink alot of water nothing with sugar in it!. that is where you gain the most weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you are doing is great!. If you want to tone up!.!.!.build muscle, I'd suggest that you work out with weights every other day!. Walk today, weights tomorrow, walk the next day etc!. Find a gym or ymca that has a work out room!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes but to improve even more invest in a bike (an excercise one not for running around town lol) that'll help your legs, sit-ups will help your stomach!.!.!. Don't know about backsides but I'd like to I think mines huge lol!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should see excellent results with walking!.!.!.!.!.after you have been at it a while try adding ankle weights!.!.!.1 or 2 pounds would be enough!.

To get the tight buns you want do some leg lifts while wearing the ankle weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you should see some results but maybe HIT running would be better!. and also dont forget to do squats and lunges there great for toning the legsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Of course you will see some result!. But for faster toning, you need to do less pulse-raising activity, and more exercise like swimming or crunches!.
