Inspipration????!


Question: Inspipration!?!?!?!?
i alway give up when im on a diet like on the 2nd or 3rd day
how can i inspire myself to continue on!?!?!?

First of all, you need to learn WHY you want to lose weight!.

Like if a doctor told you that you would die if you didn't lose the weight in a year--- then you would have a good, strong WHY to motivate you!.

But you need to do some soul searching to find your Why!.

Is it to look better because an ex-boyfriend dumped you and you want revenge!?

Hey, that sounds weird, but for some people that is a powerful Why!.

Is it to impress your friends!?

Is it to have more energy for a sport!?

Is it to set yourself a mental puzzle that you must find the answer to!?

Is it to be a good role model for your family!?

What makes you tick!?

Edit: Once you know your core value that stands behind your Why then you will be motivated to achieve your results because you are thinking always of the REAL issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find a celeb whos body you fantasize about having!. print it out, and put it somewhere where you will see it every day!.

lay awake before you go 2 bed and set your mind 2 your dream body!.!.!.focus in about every little detail and tell yourself you will get there!.

its hard!.!.!.i know it is!.!.!.but if you dedicate yourself 2 doing it, youre potential will start 2 surface and you will want 2 keep going!.

also try taking a picture of what you look like!.!.!.and every 2 to 3 months take a new picture and compare your results!. its very motivating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if it's the diet, then it's becasue you don't like the foods you are eating and it isnt fun for you!.

You don't have to cut out the foods you like, just eat less of them!. Or if you're gonna eat some pasta, put some veggies in the pasta or have a great healthy desert!.

that happens to me a lot to!. instead of seeking inspiration iwould suggest first off making a commitment to yourself, and in order to seal the deal inform others about your plan to lose weight, make commitments to exersise groups!. its a lot harder tobreak a commitment there are other ppl involoved :)

that being said inspiration can be found anywhere, it dose depend on your reasons for losing weight (health!? apperence!?) maybe buy an outfit u would like to wear someday as incentive to keep going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

write down your goals and post them on the frig and on your cupboards!.!.!.!.everytime you go for something to eat, look at your goals and ask yourself if you really need to eat!.!.!.!.!.also, put pix of how you want to look on your bathroom mirror or someplace where you will see it every day to remind you of why you are dieting!.!.!.!.GOOD LUCK!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, im not like anorexic or anything, but look up some thinspo vids on youtube and watch them while your very tempted to blow it all away!.
