Knee problems? gaining weight? help!?!


Question: Knee problems!? gaining weight!? help!!?
i've been working out really hard on my abs for a while and all that's been happening is me gaining weight, and my knee hurts really bad!? is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

have you done cardio as well as ab strength training that may be the problem!. if you are just doing ab stuff and not anything like running or swimming or hiking then your ab muscles are probably forming under whatever fat you have!. since your muscles are giving you added bulk and your not burning fat then thats why it seems as if your stomach is getting bigger!. you have to do both strength training & cardio!. Also if its just that the scale says your gaining you may only be gaining muscle!. as for the knee are you doing the exercises correctly!? it may just be a problem that you have always had but now became agravated due to the new exercise stress you've been putting on it!. i think you should give your abs a break and possibaly see a doctor about your knee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
