i can manage that!.
but - i don't know about this -
exercise



5 miles mix walkin/joggin (maybe like 2 miles joggin, 3 miles joggin) in a morning

another 6 miles walked in the day as well


^ will i actually lose weight or not doing this!?
i'm overweight and need to know if this will work and how many calories will be burned!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in a way yes but in a way no!. let me explane first before i start iam not a fitness expert but i know some stuff!.

first you dont need to run 5 miles a day epically in the morning!. think about you've just woke up from a 7+ hour fast you'll have no energy and eventually burn out!.

two 1200kcal is to low and also dont just drop to 1500kcal straight away!. all that will happen is that your body will go into starvation mode and will use muscle for energy!.
yes you lose weight quickly but it will be muscle not fat meaning that your metabolism will slow down!.
the best way to go about is to slowly lower you calories intake and to eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism running!. also just do HIT carido instead for about 20-45min 3 times a week it will be alot better!.
even better get a kettlebell they are great for fat loss as the no only provide a HIT workout but also a anaerobic workout meaning that your metabolism will be raised for hours after your workout!.
fat loss is 70% maybe more to do will diet and what you eat the exercise!. i hope that i have helped you and wish you all of the best luck and hope you get the result your after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WHAT!? how the heck will you survive, running and jogging that much per day, it,ll kill ya!.Do you know, they make up all these fancy diets and stuff, but let me tell you, i,ve tried every darn diet and excersise imagionable, nothing works for me!.OK so I am kinda lucky, im not too large for my frame, but it does make you feel a little fitter, when we,re a little slimmer!.One day, I was speaking to a dietiction from our hospital, about a year or so ago, and she explained that, no way can all diets work, for all people, and she told me the only thing that actually works, for losing some weight, was to eat what you normallly eat, BUT ONLY EAT HALF AS MUCH as your usual quotar!. Also she said, always leave the table still feeling a little bit hungry, makes sense, i suppose!.Watch those cakes and chocolate, the worst thing for gaining weight, so give it a go, yes, do a little running and jogging, but in moderation!.I hope I,ve helped a little, so, be happy and healthy lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will work overtime however u must also easy your food consumptions but thats good when u eat that little!.

However running help to easy many things such as asthma respiratory problems as well as leg pain when your legs are cramping!.

Also running doesnt help much it will make u sweat and lose some calories but it wont help u much to lose weigh u will have to do more then just run or jog for a few miles!.

U must also try to bench pressed stretch out before sit ups and other excises!. Also try to lift some weigh or bring some weighs when jogging bing about 5 pounds of weigh on each hand!.

U will lose weigh only if u try a little more exercise i am on the same position as u but eat less i drink lots orange juice to curve my appetite!.

Drink lots of orange juice too trust me it will curve your appetite over time!.

I'm happy for you that you have become more health conscious and wants to reduce some weight!.

frankly i have no professional idea of how effective your plan is,sorry!. but i'll like to give you some encouragement and praise!.

since you had set out your mind to exercise and actually have a plan, i can tell that you are a person with preseverance!. i'm sure you will acieve your goal someday with sheer determination!.

It might help in the long run but all my mom did to lose weight was walk a lot everyday!.!.and drink water constintly!.!.!.when she got hungry or bred she'd eat ice till it was actually time for her to eat her real meal!.!.she lost over 50 pounds!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nice idea but i guess you should include some toning/scupting exercises like pilates or yoga!.!.!.you are already doing enough cardio,but cardio alone cant guarantee effective fat loss!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
