How can I slim down a little before I leave on vacation in a week?!


Question: How can I slim down a little before I leave on vacation in a week!?
I am meeting my boyfriends parents and I want to feel and look great before I go!. But since I am going out of town I want to make sure to feel slim before I leave and stay slim while im gone since I wont have my gym!. Have any advice in what to eat before I leave and how to slim down a little bit!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut out carbs and you will slim down some in a week!. No bread, rice, bagels, cereal and fruit!. Stick with meats, fish, eggs, pork, Soy products with vegetables!. Forget about carrots though because they have too much sugar!. Also, if you're into salads look into Waldenfarms brand!. They offer dressing with no calories or very low calories!. cut out all processed foods!. plan out all your meals and eat little and often!. heres an exaple iv seen!.
B-2 poached eggs or scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast (protein!) and fresh juice!. Or cereal with skimmed/soya/semi-skmmed milk
L-tuna salad with lettuce, tomatoes, olives Or baked potato with low fat cottage cheese Or a wholemeal pitta stuffed with chicken, cottage cheese and spinach leaves!.
D- grilled skinless chicken breast with asparagus and sweet potato Or wholemeal pasta with tuna, tomato, chilli and parmesan Or turkey stir fry with egg noodles!.
Snacks- 2 a day- low fat yoghurt, carrot sticks and houmous, a few squares of dark chocolate, rice cakes and peanut butter, and any fruit

You can do exercise any where, dont take short cuts, walk more, tense your stomach up even as your sitting this works out the abdomon, do energetic things!. etc!.

ok, so heres my tip!.
i suggest you do the Russian Gymnast diet!.
i did this and lost weight for sure!

bfast:
orange/apple juice!.
lunch:
fruit salad consisting of fruits that you like, and a glass of fruit juice!. the salad could be as BIG as you want them!.!. it doesnt matter!.!. lol
dinner:
apple and a glass of water!.

now, dont just do this in a week and be like OMG it didnt work,
theres gonna be changes, but for more visible changes be on this diet for atleast 2weeks and after that youre good to go!. :)

some say, if you diet ands stuff youll gain the weight back, but
so far for me i lost 24lbs on this diet and kept em off and FYI i now eat mcdonalds LOLWww@Answer-Health@Com

try this diet!.!.!. 3 days of preparation before you start this diet!.!.!. don't eat meat, just light food and on the 4th day!.!.!. as you wake up, drink 2 glasses of water, and every 1 hour drink 1 glass of water!.!.!.!. you will feel dizzy coz your body is shifting to cleansing mode!.!.!. and when your body adjusted, you will feel comfortable and you're not hungry anymore!.!. listen to your body, and try this water diet 1-3 days!.!. when you decided to stop this diet, eat light food!.!.!. and totally change your eating habit to veg, fruits, fish and if possible no rice!.!.!.

go running in the morn on a empty stomach, then have breakfast as soon as u get back!.

cut out bread and wheat, and basically any crap!! dont eat after say!.!.!. 7/ 7:30pm
