Weight loss question? I never gained it back?? Please help I'm scared?!?!

Question: Weight loss question!? I never gained it back!?!? Please help I'm scared!?!!?
Hi everybody!. About 3 months ago I got my wisdom teeth removed!. It was so painful that I had trouble eating the first week, and when I weighed myself, I found out I was about 5-7 pounds lighter!. I'm 5"4!.5" barefoot and am currently 109 pounds!. I was probably around 115-117 before I got my teeth pulled!. I am very active and absolutely love working out, so when I found out I lost that weight, I was very excited and spent the passed two months doing extra cardio and eating carefully so I wouldn't gain it back!. Well, it worked because I'm still 109 pounds, but now it's starting to scare me!. Is that normal!? Shouldn't I have gained it back by now!? The thing that scares me the most is the fact that I had SO MUCH TROUBLE trying to lose those five pounds before I even got my teeth pulled and now that it's off, it's so easy keeping it off!. If I couldn't lose it in the first place, why is it so easy to keep it off!? Do you think something could be wrong with me!? Please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wait!.!.!.you worked hard not to gain the weight back and now you're worried because you haven't!?!? stop doing the extra exercise and watching what you eat so closely if you want to gain it back!. don't worry if something you tried to do actually worked! either way, don't worry about it!. worrying can make you lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

While only a M!.D!. who has seen you is the final authority, I don't think so!. You have lost weight due to a period of diet restriction and kept it off with cardio!.The question is would you like shape that a little muscle gives you as opposed to what you are currently doing which subtracts weight in the form of losing muscle!. In other words get more muscle and stay lean too!. Check out the info below and have a great day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't have any other symptoms other than the weight staying off, I wouldn't worry about it!. It seems like you lost the weight b/c of the surgery and have been able to keep it off due to your hard work (congrats!) However, if you are truly concerned about it, contact your family doctor to make sure!. But I'm sure you're perfectly healthy, you're just doing an excellent job of maintaining your weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you say that for the last two months you have been doing EXTRA cardio and eating carefully I am going to assume that the word extra is in addition to what you were doing prior to your teeth being pulled!. I would also assume that what you are seeing are the rewards of your efforts!. 109 pounds at 5'-4" is perfect!. Take a look in the mirror and say to yourself, darn don't I look good!. Accept what God is doing in your life and enjoy ever minute of it!. Congrats on the weight loss, I wish I had a problem like yours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
