Cardio exercising is the best to burn fat because it burns much more calories than weight training!. So many people think cardio exercise is boring and they hate it but you can do many things that are not so boring!.

Walking(I dont think you are heavy enough for this to really work)

A good diet is a balanced diet!
I follow this(I use 1/2 cup for my serving sizes, since you are a male and much taller, and still growing you may need more food in the day, but add on balanced if you need more or make your potion sizes larger)

1fat-try to get health fats not bacon, or butter or garbage
1milk(16oz)
