Answers:
No, this is not safe at all!. since you are loosing weight so fast, you are going to gain it all back plus more!. Your body and heart cant handle this!. So you should stop doing what you are doing and start having three meals a day!. i'm saying to gain all the weight back, but you need to get your metabolism going again!.
ex:
Breakfast: egg beaters w/ turkey and veggies mixed in!.
also some fruite and toast!.
snack: yogert w!. some nuts mixed in
lunch: tuna or chicken saled!. dont be afraid of dressing!. add some raisins and others veggies in!. also have a sweet potatoe!.
dinner: meat helps keep your metabolism going!. stick with white meats because they contain less fat!. if you want red meats, have those 2 a week!. with your meat, have veggies and some rice!.
snack: desert! have desert!. if you dont, your body will crave sweets and you will want it even more!.

this may sound like alot of food compared to what you are eating right now, but it really isn't!. just make sure you add some physical activity!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
