I know I have lost QUICK weight as well as my best friend with a LOW CARB diet!. My friend had better results than I did!. She lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks!. I lost 8 in 3 weeks!.
The thing is if you go back to your old diet with out exercising you WILL gain it all back!.

I promise you, dieting will only get you so far!. I went onto a really healthy eating plan and yes I lost a couple of pounds purely because I was switching from crap to proper food, but I only really saw results with combining exercise with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only diet that really works 100% of the time is "Eat less, exercise more!." But if you feel like you need one to keep you on track, I've heard good things about the WeightWatchers program, though I've never tried it myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
