How to gain weight?
I'm 19, 5'4" and I weight 86lbs. Everyone says that I'm underweight, and I too feel a bit skinny for my age. I eat normal, i dont starve myself or anything. I atleast want to gain about 30lbs.

Same thing here. 5'6" 19 year old male at 105 lbs. I'm a XC runner though so I didn't think I would gain weight but I did. In just a week I am up to 125 lbs. and I'm still gaining everyday (just started). This is even with running about 8 miles daily! Here's what you do, eat AT LEAST a 1.5/1 ratio of protein/body weight, for you like 130 g of protein daily. Go to GNC or Vitamin Shoppe and pick up muscle milk powder (drink this 10 min. before you go to bed w/ 2 peanut butter sandwiches), CellMass and Whey Gold after you lift (you must workout w/ this), and another scoop of Whey Gold at another time during the day, preferably mixed w/ milk. Eat your fruit and veggies too. 3 peanut butter sandwiches daily, 2 of them at night like mentioned before. Drink a gallon of water a day too to wash out all the crap from the food. I'll also eat 5 eggs a day, a lot of meat and oatmeal for breakfast, preferably w/ a high protein cereal like Special-K w/ it. Subway subs have lots of protein!
