Question: How much weight did you lose after joining the gym!?
I just started five days ago and i saw results, so did my husband!.!.after five days of going to the gym daily and losing about 900 calories a day i lost about 3 pounds!.!.(i also controled my apetite, i am eating very healthy vegetables, friuits etc) So how much weight did you lose after joining the gym!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started about a year ago I was!.!. age 18, 5ft 7", 11st 11lbs

After going 4/5 times a week eating moderately good things (apart from sat night, where I allow a pig out!)
I'm now 9st 12lbs!.!.!.

my advise, pay for a personal trainer for a couple of sessions, it's not a rediculous amount of money, or read up on the net about routines and stuff, it's better when you know what your doing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not much, because I failed to change my diet!. I do think I developed some muscle too, which is good!.

Now I have a healthier diet and walk places - much cheaper and "funner" than the gym - but each to his (or her) own!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your "results" are mostly water weight!. And I gained 28 lbs since I joined, throughout about half a year and still going strong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
