What's a diet?!


Question: What's a diet!?
I am working on a six-pack!. when i flex, i feel them all there!. the only problem is, its not visible because i have a small layer of fat!. how can i get rid of this fat!? i exercise a lot but i know thats not enough!. can you give me a diet to follow including breakfast, healthy snack, lunch, healthy snack, and dinner!.

What i have been doing is this:

breakfast:

Cereal with 1% fat milk
1 hardboiled egg
1 sunny side up egg
1 banana

healthy snack:

almonds
raisins
apple

lunch:

Turkey sandwich containing 2 slices of wheat bread, 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of tomato, 2 pieces of lettuce, and some mustard!.

Healthy snack:

almonds
raisins
apple

dinner:

the same kind of turkey sandwich and a banana!.

throughout the day i drink only water and milk!.

What should i do to improve my diet!. Can you suggest a better diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think your diet is perfect!. It has all the healthy foods your body needs! & It does not need to be improved either!
I suggest you to do more abs/ sit-ups everyday to help you get your six-pack!. That is good how you feel it; it's probably just you need to keep on working on it (doing more abs/etc!. in addition to exercising) and it'll be visible!.
Start with doing at least a min!. of 40 curl-ups a day, a min!. of 40 sit-ups, etc!. and gradually build up!. It shouldn't be too hard since you said you already feel your muscles!.
