Question: Whats the best way to get non flabby thighs!?

can u please describe one that will tone my upper thighs so they r not flabby !?

To burn fat, unfortunately you'll need cardio!. You can run, join a sport, swimming is great but it tones the upper body a lot so many not for thighs, tennis, soccer, water polo (doing all that egg beater really helped me)!. And then if you don't build muscle which you will by doing some cardio, it might be very toned or they might be kind of weak!. You can build muscle by doing some thigh excercises like the wall sit, lunges, and a lot use google to find some thigh excercises!. To burn the flabby stuff off, which is fat you need to do cardio though ( a sport, or jogging!.!.!.etc)

And by the way you'll need protein so you don't lose muscle while you lose fat in your excercise!. Eating protein after or before your workout is a good idea!. Don't bloat yourself in meals, eat a little less carbs and a little more protein, a lot of fiber, your fruit and veggies and drink a lot of water!. Retaining water and eating a lot of sodium will give you soft kind of thighs and muscles, making them look chubby!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing's going to happen overnight!. So, be patient for results but know that you'll see improvements!.
Start jogging -- I hate to run so you won't get me out there running!. I don't mind jogging b/c it's not so demanding!.
Start each day by stretching first!. Standing up, hold yourself up next to a wall w/ your hand but not touching it w/ the rest of your body!. Bend your leg that's farthest away from the wall behind you and touch your heel to your behind!. Hold it there w/ your hand for 10 secs!. Repeat 10x!. Turn around and do the same w/ the other leg!.This stretches your quadriceps - the muscles that run down the front of your thigh!. Now, still standing, keeping your knees straight - don't bend them, bend forward and touch your palms - or as close as you can get, may just have to touch your fingers to the ground in front of your toes!. This stretches your hamstrings - the muscle running from the back of your knee to your hips!. Do this 10x!. Get a water bottle or if you don't have one, drink a large glass of water and head out to the street/sidewalk!. Star off slowly, an easy jog at a speed that feels comfortable!. Jog for 10 min and rest until your heart rate is back to normal - or you don't feel tired!. Then start up again and jog another 10 mins!. Grab some more water to replenish what you lost sweating and in extra breathing!. Do this every day or every other day for a month!. You can increase your time as you feel more fit!. You should be starting to feel and see results after a month of this!. But don't stop there - Try to make this a part of your weekly routine!. You'll be so surprised and happy! And it's really easy - no need for expensive clothes, a gym membership, exercise class fees, etc!. All it takes is motivation!. Take your ipod if you have one!.
