Depending on your budget, there are a few more things that you could intake!. It also depends on the position you play!. With 14 I would be very careful and probably even try to stay as natural as possible, which means little to no supplements!. The reason for that is that your body's natural protein production will reduce or even cease when you consume large amounts of protein supplement on a regular base!. Therefore, it is important to stop supplementing your diet with protein for a month, so that your natural protein production is being stimulated again!.

If you weigh 133lbs then 133g of protein is what you should consume a day!. That includes food, beverages, AND protein!.
Since you are only 14, I recommend you doing less, though!. Your body's testosterone production is currently approaching a peak and you will be able to produce most of the stuff your body needs for muscle growth yourself!. Protein is essential for people over 30, who's natural production is slowly ceasing!.

You can also try creatine, which is also something your body creates naurally!. It will dramatically increase the water capacity of your muscle cells and force them into a survival mode, where they either increase and live, or persist and die!. Sounds dramatic, but what it means is that you will gain more muscle mass and thus tremendous weiht gain!. Now if you are a defensive player, this can be beneficial!. But certainly not as a WR!.

Glutamine is good for your muscle recovery!. Protein Isolate is a refined protein, which can be absorbed quicker by your body!. Each scoop usually contains more than 25g of protein!. Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein!. Essential amino acids are amin acids which cannot be produced by your body and thus have to be intaken via supplementation!. There are also slow metabolizing proteins which you can take right before you go to sleep!.

There are a lot more things, but without knowing what exactly your goals are it's hard to tell what will suite you the most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't carry so much!. Since you are only 14 your stostestorone level in not the highest, when you 16-17 you could gain alot of muscle but in 14 it will be hard to gain muscle!.

Protein is always good, after a workout take a protein shake contains 40grams of protein!. It good because after a workout your body start to build muscle and to do it your body needs protein!.

Before a workout eat 3 hours before a big meal, and 30-60 minutes before eat an apple!.

Constatrate for now on before and after workout meals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The average American consumes over 100 grams of protein per day!. The daily requirement is only about 40 grams!. So you don't really need any sort of protein supplement, which could save you some money down the road!. Most people don't get enough fruits and vegetables!. It would be worth it to make sure you eat enough of those!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
